JC Sports Wrap Around Terms and Conditions
JC Sports Wrap Around Terms and Conditions gives you all the information regarding Late Fees, cancellations, and any further information we think might be essential to you.
What we offer with contract sessions-

We offer Contract sessions, these run weekly, if a contract is created then the days and sessions that are chosen by you are reserved just for that child.
When creating a contract this will run from September to the following July and ends when the summer holidays begins.
All contracts will need to be renewed after each school year has ended, they do not run through to the following school year.
Contract sessions are invoiced and should be paid for weekly.
As the session space is reserved for you on a contract, we cannot cancel and refund these sessions unless we are given notice that you would like your contract sessions adjusted on a long term basis or cancelled completely.
Contract session changes must be requested with at least a weeks’ notice in order for the changes to take effect.
We cannot issue a credit note to your account or cancel a contract sessions unless JC Sports or the school decides to cancel the session for any reason.

What we offer with Ad hoc sessions-

We offer ad hoc sessions; these are more flexible and allows the parent to pick and choose when they would like to book into the wrap around clubs.
Ad hoc bookings can be made on the day.
Ad hoc sessions should be paid for as soon as the booking is made.
If a child is not booked on and they turn up to the session, your session will be put down as an Ad hoc booking, you will be charged from the very start of the session up until the time your child Is picked up.
We cannot issue a credit note to your account or cancel Ad hoc sessions unless JC Sports or the school decides to cancel the session for any reason.

How to make any changes to within the terms above-

Late Fees-

If you book on for a session and pick up late for your chosen session, your session will be extended to the next available time e.g., 5:00pm will be extended to 5:30pm.
If the last session has ended and you are late for pick up you will incur a late fee, this will be added to your account.
Late fees stand at £5 for the first 10 minutes and £1 for every minute after.
Late Payment fees will be issued if payments are not made before Sunday for the following week.

Payment Information-

A payment reminder is sent out weekly via an automated system, this happens regardless of whether payments have been made or not.
You will receive your invoice on a Wednesday for the following Monday giving you 5 days to make payments.
If payments are not made on time, you may lose your place at club that week with an added late fee on top.
You will receive an email from JC Sports with a payment request for you bill to be paid at the earliest opportunity.
The Manager of JC Sports has the right to issue a formal warning to the Parent/Carer and inform them that if payments are continuously made late or are being chased with no explanation as to why, then your space will be forfeited.
Parents/Carers are always encouraged to speak to the Wrap Around manager (please find email above) if they have any queries about the fees policy or if for any reason, they are having troubles making the payments on time. We can arrange a meeting to discuss this and how we can move forward effectively.
Holidays, Inset days and Bank holiday are taken into account when the sessions are put on the system so parents will not be paying for these.

Please Note:
JC Sports reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy as needed. Clients will be notified of any changes.

My twins are obsessed with football and asked for a football party for their birthday. JC Sports was recommended to me by a friend who had used them and thankfully Jack and his colleague was available on the day. I can't rate them highly enough. There were 20 kids aged five and six and the coaches handled them beautifully, making sure that everyone took part and no-one was left out. The parents versus kids match at the end was a highlight for all – and of course the kids won! The whole party was stress free, really good value for money and the kids loved it – especially as they all got a leather football to take home and my boys got their 'man of the match' trophies. I would certainly recommend JC Sports to anyone – excellent, professional and overall great value for money.’
